What am I actually paying for?

Our pricing is carefully calculated based on several key factors to ensure you’re getting a high-quality, custom-made result.

This includes the cost of your selected fabric, sewing tailored to your exact measurements, and any specific design elements such as centre openings or pleating styles. We also factor in all required accessories like hooks, as well as the labour involved—which includes installation if needed!

What payment options are available?

At the moment, we only accept cash, bank transfer and cheques.

Do you offer financing?

No, we unfortunately do not offer financing at the moment.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your order! We will make a start on your project as soon as this deposit is confirmed! The remaining balance is due upon the completion of the installation.

What is your policy on refunds and returns?

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product doesn’t meet personal expectations—though we’re confident you’ll love the end result!

If you change your mind after placing a deposit, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, any costs already incurred (such as materials ordered or supplier fees) will still need to be covered, especially if we’re unable to cancel with our suppliers.

If there’s an issue with your product—such as a fault or it not being made as specified—we’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a repair or replacement. In cases where this isn’t possible, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Do you provide in-home consultations?

Yes, we provide free in-home consultations to help you choose the best window treatments for your space.

Can you install motorised blinds or curtains?

Yes, we offer motorised options for added convenience and modern aesthetics.

How long does it take to complete a project?

The timeline varies depending on the project scope. We’ll provide an estimated completion time during your consultation. Curtains and blinds can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to be ready to install. Shadetracks can vary from 4-6 weeks and shutters take at least 12 weeks.

Do you provide repair services?

Yes, we repair our own products and can also repair blinds and curtains from other sources. Additionally, we sell spare parts. Please visit us with your product, and one of our expert staff will be happy to assist you.

Can you remove and dispose my old window treatments?

Yes, we offer removal services for old window treatments at a rate of $10 per blind and $20 per curtain.

Disposal services may be available, please discuss this with us during your consultation to determine if it can be arranged for your project!

I have a really high window.. can you help?

Absolutely! We love working with high windows — they create such a stunning look. For anything above 4.5 metres, we’ll need special equipment like scaffolding to make sure our installers stay safe. This will be arranged as needed, and the cost will be added to your quote.

What is covered under warranty?

Our products and services are guaranteed for 3 years from the installation date against defects caused by manufacturing faults, defective materials, or abnormal fading. We’ll repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What is not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or natural fabric changes (e.g., shrinking or creasing).
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, pets, pests, weather, chemicals, or improper cleaning.
  • Issues caused by high humidity, such as mould or warping.
  • Repairs or modifications not made by Wenshe Curtains and Blinds.

How do i make a claim?

Contact us with proof of purchase. Claims are only valid if the product was installed by Wenshe Curtains and Blinds and fully paid for.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
